Due to the new needs raised, we present a facial recognition system (with and without a mask) to carry out check-ins and presence checks of workers.The system allows to control the entry and exit of personnel without the need for physical contact with any device and safeguarding the privacy and personal data of those involved in compliance with the Data Protection Law.• Workday control system that integrates, through vision, the record of accesses and exits to the work centers.• Immediate identification of the worker, previously registered and accepted the treatment of his image.• Immediate synchronization of data with the contracts personnel management systems.• The device does not store any data sending the record directlyto the platform. In this way, the privacy and security of the user is guaranteed in compliance with the LOPD.• No physical contact is necessary to activate the device or to complete the check-in process, so it is safe.• The device is activated automatically when it detects the proximity of a user.• The system offers alternatives to facial recognition, allowing the card to be used to record the data.
